General course description

To provide students with an understanding of the components of the metalanguage XML.

Prerequisite

Internet Applications (2nd year).

Course Aims/Learning Outcomes

To become familiar with XML
Study of XML syntax
To be able to construct an XML document and DTD/XML diagram
To be able to construct a style sheet for transforming an XML document
PHP / XML interface
